Return Policy:
In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Unless otherwise stated by GTD Medical, any item not returned within 15 days of receipt cannot be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. GTD Medical reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons. We will contact you in such an event, and will return the product to you if you choose.
Due to health guidelines, the following items are not returnable:
- Consumable items, such as wound care, incontinence, urological or Ostomy products, if packaging is opened.
- Bathroom products such as commode/shower chairs, shower wheelchairs, benches, etc.
- Custom fitted items including some wheelchairs, customized walkers, etc.
We will not accept any returns without an authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number call us at 800-465-0455 and we will instruct you on how to return the product. |

If you paid by credit card we will credit your card. If you paid by check or money order we will forward you a check within 14 days of receiving the product. If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. Large items such as lift chairs, power wheelchairs, power scooters, and other products require re-stocking fees and in some cases cannot be returned. Most pediatric and adult wheelchairs require a re-stocking fee and in some cases may not be eligible for return. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped or refuse delivery of a product without prior authorization you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.
