Advanced Medical Services

Transaction Security:

Guaranteed transaction security. When you place online orders we use a secure server. The information you provide to us is sent via a secure socket layer (SSL) transmission. Furthermore, all of this data is protected against unauthorized access, and is stored with 128-bit encryption on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

Medicare:

We are Participating providers of Medicare and most State Medicaids. Approved Medicare reimbursements cover 80%. Medicaid and certain secondary insurances usually cover the remaining 20%; less any deductibles or copayment.

We can assist you in determining your Medicare qualifications by calling us toll-free 1-800-465-0455. Our business office hours are 9am. to 5pm. CST Monday-Friday.

Return Policy:

In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Unless otherwise stated by GTD Medical, any item not returned within 15 days of receipt cannot be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. GTD Medical reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons. We will contact you in such an event, and will return the product to you if you choose.

Due to health guidelines, the following items are not returnable:

  • Consumable items, such as wound care, incontinence, urological or Ostomy products, if packaging is opened.
  • Bathroom products such as commode/shower chairs, shower wheelchairs, benches, etc.
  • Custom fitted items including some wheelchairs, customized walkers, etc.
We will not accept any returns without an authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number call us at 800-465-0455 and we will instruct you on how to return the product. If you paid by credit card we will credit your card. If you paid by check or money order we will forward you a check within 14 days of receiving the product. If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. Large items such as lift chairs, power wheelchairs, power scooters, and other products require re-stocking fees and in some cases cannot be returned. Most pediatric and adult wheelchairs require a re-stocking fee and in some cases may not be eligible for return. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped or refuse delivery of a product without prior authorization you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.

Shipping Policy:

Most products ship at no charge within the Continental US. Some products ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at a discounted shipping rate that will be charged to the customer, contact us for which products are eligible. Some manufacturers have exclusive right agreements with companies and distributors in other countries that prohibit export of their products. Check with us for product shipping in US States outside of the Continental US.

Privacy Rights:

GTD Medical maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your email address is used only by GTD Medical. You can be assured that your email address will NEVER be passed on to any other outside company without your permission or used by GTD Medical to send you unrequested promotional material. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at GTD Medical as enjoyable as possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience.
